Here at 4WDining we believe in a different kind of catering than your average company, none of our food is pre-packaged or bought in. Everything we offer is made from scratch by our qualified chef Michelle Kostantinidis and can be served fresh ANYWHERE you like! Our 4WD mobile kitchen can provide anything from canapes to three course sit down dinners for your event or function, regardless of its location. 4WD trips, birthday parties, camping trips, bucks and hens nights, corporate functions, weddings and Christmas parties we do it all!

 Put your own meals together or ask us to create a menu especially for you, flexibility and creativity are second nature to us. Give us a call anytime to ask questions or begin the organisation of your event or function.

Some of our homemade canapes:

  • Antipasto plates w/ a selection of salami, leg ham, Italian prosciutto, along w/ local cheeses from the Yarra Valley & my own chargrilled & marinated vegetables & dips.
  • My Grandmas delicious secrete recipe for her Greek meatballs served w/ my homemade tzatziki sauce.
  • Arancini balls w/ napoli, green pea & Italian Grana Padano parmesan cheese & fresh oregano.
  • Mini corn & polenta fritters pan fried & topped w/ fresh homemade guacamole & coriander.
  • Gourmet mini beef sausage rolls served w/ homemade tomato chutney.
  • Refreshing brushetts w/ heirloom tomatoes, red onion, basil,olives & greek feta drizzled w/ balsamic glaze.
  • Free ranged chicken thigh marinated in middle eastern spices & chargrilled & served w/ my delicious tahini sauce.
  • Heirloom cherry tomatoes, Italian mozzarella & fresh basil sticks drizzled w/ balsamic glaze.
  • Smoked salmon, cream cheese & fresh dill topped on polenta bread. 
  • Mini christmas puddings
  • Selection of cheeses from around Victoria specially chosen for you. Served w/ fried fruit, quince paste & a selection of crackers.
  • Fresh prawns marinated overnight in a selection of paprika, coriander, lemon, chilli, garlic & lemon, grilled & served with my homemade garlic, coriander mayonnaise. 
  • My famous mini sticky date puddings served w/ caramel sauce & yarra valley double cream.
  • Fresh fruit platters chosen by whats fresh & in season.

Some of our dinner options for sit down functions:


  • Slow cooked free range pork belly served w/ beetroot mash, fresh green beans & homemade apple sauce
  • Free range chicken breast stuffed w/ sun dried tomato, basil, ricotta & olives, wrapped in Italian prosciutto & served w/  creamy mashed potato.
  • Roasted lamb rump marinated in garlic, rosemary,  red wine served w/  roasted kipfler potatoes & heirloom baby carrots finished w/ my homemade jue.
  • Exotic mushroom & truffle risotto topped w/ freshly shaved Grana padano parmesan cheese.
  • Fresh scallop, garlic, chilli, lemon. dill & saffron risotto

Twice they have won the great plaudits of our guests and flowed with the style, showing discretion while preparing stuff in the open kitchen in the middle of the party area.
